We hope you sleep so, so well here. To help with that, we chose eco-minded Buffy for much of our duvets and pillows at Yucca Hut. Made from recycled materials and eucalyptus fibers, their products are earth-friendly, skin-friendly, cruelty-free and VERY soft.

Never mass produced, each fitting from California Faucets is made to order in Huntington Beach (“Home of the faucet!”), featuring solid brass construction and a variety of finish options. At Yucca Hut we used satin nickel for the kitchen and un-lacquered brass for the bath-room fixtures that patinas beautifully with age.

Founded in 1981, Emtek has decades of experience creating door hardware that makes people go, “Whoa, hey. Cool doorknob. Hey Stephanie… Steph—come look at these. Did you see these door knobs? So cool, right?” Each lever and knob is made in their South-ern California facility and available in a variety of styles and finishes. Their heavy, luxe feeling adds sophistication to every door and any door! You could have a real piece of crap door and these knobs would make it look so much better. Here, we used the Athena Lev-ers on exterior passageways and the Round Knob throughout the interior.

Material makes fundamental kitchen tools that are beautifully de-signed and made to last. They have curated a group of essential pans, knives, and cooking utensils to help simplify the cooking pro-cess and live minimally. Or, if you’re looking to complicate the cook-ing process, just use any of their utensils backwards. It’s easy!

You know you’ve reached a certain era of life when you’re *this* excited about a light switch, but have you felt that satisfying click? It’s incredible! Meljac creates hardware that is beautiful, functional, and fun to operate. Each switch is designed, manufactured, and hand-finished in France by dedicated light switch artisans nearby Par-is (Ooh la la!). We’re so happy they worked with us on this house; it truly elevates the details of the experience.

Using skillful print techniques and working with the highest quality cotton printmaking papers, Print Club Ltd. offers conceptually rich, gallery-quality works on paper from a diverse roster of artists all hand made in-house.

We love Reform! The Copenhagen-based design company collabo-rates with internationally acclaimed architects and designers to create modern kitchens and cabinet fronts. They work across architecture, design, and interiors with the aim of offering bold, accessible kitchens with plenty of room for personality. The yellow fronts used for the bar and kitchen at Yucca Hut are from Reform’s Basis Collec-tion.

Spanish for “little mole,” but not because it’s made from moles (un-like those other sparkling water brands…). Slightly salty, naturally carbonated, and with more bubbles than any other mineral wa-ter, Topo Chico has been bottled from the same mole-shaped hill in Monterrey, Mexico for over 120 years. We love it with a wedge of lime and pinch of salt!
